Based in Poole Dorset, Mandy is a professionally qualified Nutritional Therapist.
My personal journey started over 10 years ago when I had a serious health scare. I was holding down a very demanding senior management position as a Regional Training Manager and life had become very stressfull and my health was seriously suffering. I took stock of my life and was initially drawn to Reiki and trained to Master level. While training my health worsened and I realised I needed to relax more. I found yoga and studied for 3 years in beautiful North Wales, my practice helped me and still does but I needed something else.
I had always been interested in nutrition since my university days when I had thought about becoming a dietician after my degree, now as my interest grew I searched for a nutrition course and found the Nutritional Healing Foundation. I liked the idea of Naturopathic nutrition and the Health benefits it offered me.I studied with them for 3 years and qualified in November 2009. I now hold both an Advanced and Clinical Diploma.
Over the past 5 years I have learnt how to heal my body through cleansing techniques and the right nutrition and am now passionate about passing on all my knowledge to you.
To me Naturopathic Nutrition is a lifestyle approach with the most fantastic health benefits which you can have too.
I am a full member of The Federation of Holistic Therapists (MFHT) and I abide by their Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.
I am fully insured for my work as a Nutritional Therapist.
I look forward to working with you through either an individual consultation or through a talk or workshop.
